Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour notice must be given. Canceling, reschedule, or no show, you will be asked to leave a credit card on file for future appointments. If cancelation or rescheduling occurs again, your card will be charged 50% of the regular price of the service(s) you were booked for. If you wish not to leave a credit card on file, you may not book an appointment, but you will able to walk in for an appointment at any time based on availability. For late appointment or arrivals, we may or may not be able to service you based on the availability of our schedule. We value your time and we hope you value ours.
